Scene is an award-winning architectural practice based in Chelmsford. They have been appointed by Hollybrook.
As a starting point, Scene has used the existing character of Billericay to inform the emerging proposal.
As such, the new homes will be built using traditional materials with illustrations of what these traditional, high-quality homes will look like:
